Panels are manufactured by the Hot Press Moulding process for optimum engineered precision and high performance finish at a closely controlled temperature of 140oC. Mechanised production process ensure guaranteed manufacturing tolerances of + - 0.5mm. Aquastow's precisely formulated sheet moulding compound provides a smooth, crevice-free panel surface that is impervious on all sides. All Aquastow mouldings are U.V. stabilised conforming to BS 5734: Part 5: 1980. All Aquastow tanks incorporate Aquatite sealant which offers a 25% recovery from compression and an effective operational temperature range of between - 5oC and 40oC. The Aquastow tank bracing design eliminates "point loads". FTF insulated panels offer flange to flange insulation with no variation to standard mouldings to comply with UK Byelaw 30. Tanks can be erected on screeded bases, steel beams or piers. In order to meet individual needs of each installation design, a wide range of optional accessories are available including Ball valve boxes, cat and mouse indicators, remote gauges, access door designs etc.
